I LOVE pizza! I could eat pizza two or three times a week without getting tired of it, so I was really excited when Via’s Pizzeria opened in 2008 with so many different options. Between eating at the restaurant with my family and having pizza delivered for meetings at work, I can honestly say I’ve tried every Via’s pizza and they are all yummy. 

Via’s dough is made fresh every day, and you can chose from white or wheat dough for any pizza or calzone. They also have soups and salads. Their list of fresh pizza toppings is impressive, and can be combined in so many great combinations. After competing in the International Pizza Challenge in Las Vegas, Via’s is ranked as the 22nd best in the WORLD!

We recently held a meeting for about 50 people and we ordered every kind of pizza Via’s offers. I have never heard so many people comment on the food! At least 20 people asked me where the pizza was from. If you are looking for high quality, gourmet-style pizza then you have to try Via’s Pizzeria.

My personal favorite is the Pancetta pizza, which has strips of garlic chicken, chopped bacon and is topped with creamy ranch dressing. Although I love ranch dressing, I wasn’t sure that I’d like garlic chicken on pizza. Boy, was I wrong! My husband really likes the Proffondo Chicago pizza, a Chicago-style deep dish pie with three meats or veggies.
